| Description | The Springtown Weekly Times newspaper was published weekly from Springtown, Bucks County from 1885 to 1918. The publisher was F.H. Rosenberger. These records are abstracts of death notices published in the Springtown Weekly Times between 1902 and 1918. The abstracts contain the date of publication, name of the decedent, date of death and/or burial, and in many cases the place of residence and names of parents, siblings, spouses, and/or children. The articles were abstracted and transcribed by Thomas G. Myers as a volunteer for the Bucks County Historical Society. The transcribed abstracts were donated to the Bucks County Genealogical Society by Mr. Myers with the kind permission of the Bucks County Historical Society. The original printed transcriptions are available at the Mercer Museum Library of the Bucks County Historical Society. These entries are searchable by the name of the decedent, as well as by the name of any other individual mentioned in the entry. |
